TEDxModena Returns on Saturday 24 May with the Theme DISRUPTION

The ninth edition of TEDxModena, scheduled for Saturday, 24 May at 3:00 p.m., will feature 16 speakers delivering talks on the stage of Cineporto Emilia-Romagna, each centred around the theme of DISRUPTION.
The collaboration with Unimore and MUNER continues this year as well, with both institutions having recognised TEDxModena as a Third Mission activity from the outset. The scientific contribution and support from Unimore and MUNER is overseen and coordinated by Professor Giacomo Cabri, Unimore lecturer, with the support of Professor Francesco Leali for MUNER.
TEDxModena 2025 invites us to reflect on how every true transformation is not linear, but rather arises from disruption. Breaking the mould, embracing uncertainty, and welcoming chaos are essential conditions for real innovation. In an age where certainties are crumbling, Disruption becomes a call to action a challenge to rethink how we live, work, and relate to one another, comments curator Fabrizio Bulgarelli.
The conference will give voice to ideas presented by 16 internationally relevant speakers inspiring figures from the fields of art, science, culture, technology, and social activism. Each speaker will deliver a 10-minute talk, in line with TED regulations, drawing from their professional and personal life experiences across technology, science, creativity, and entrepreneurship. The speakers include:
