The Law of the Third Sector Seminar starts on 7 March at the Unimore Department of Law

The Unimore Department of Law, with the patronage of the Forum Terzo Settore della Provincia di Modena, the Centro Servizi per il Volontariato CSV Terre Estensi ODV, the Avis Regionale Emilia-Romagna and the Forum per la Finanza Sostenibile, is organising the Seminar Diritto del Terzo Settore, a series of training sessions dedicated to an in-depth analysis of the legal and operational framework of Third Sector Organisations (ETS)..
The free seminar, coordinated by Lawyer Luca Barbari with the scientific supervision of Prof. Carlo Vellani, is aimed at students and operators of the Third Sector. The initiative will take place at the Department of Law (Aula H ) every Friday from 7 March to 11 April (from 8.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.), offering an introduction to the main legal issues concerning the Third Sector, with the participation of experts and professionals in the field..
The inaugural meeting of the cycle, on 7 March, will focus on The non-profit world and the constitutional statute of the Third Sector with the participation of Prof. Carmelo Elio Tavilla, Director of the Department of Law, Alessandra Camporota, Councillor for Voluntary Work and the Third Sector of the Municipality of Modena, and Lawyer Luca Barbari.
The second meeting, on 14 March, will focus on The subjects of the Third Sector and the role of volunteering; on 21 March there will be a discussion on Amateur sport in the Third Sector, on 28 March on Social enterprises and social cooperatives; on 4 April there will be an in-depth look at Regimes of responsibility and administration in ETSs and to conclude, on 11 April, the topic RUNTS, transparency and control of ETSs will be dealt with .
This seminar is an important opportunity to understand the regulatory dynamics of the Third Sector, an area that is playing an increasingly important role in the Italian social and economic context. Through both a theoretical and practical approach, we will address the most topical issues for ETSs, offering students and practitioners useful tools to face the operational complexities, legal risks and future challenges with greater awareness and preparation - comments Avv.
