Strong growth in participation for the 2024 edition of Unimore's Morejobs Career Day

The 2024 edition of the Morejobs Career Day at Unimore has seen a significant increase in participation. Now in its ninth edition, the event allows participating companies to meet students and graduates to offer internship opportunities and entry into the workforce. Compared to last year, attendance has grown by approximately 50 percent: nearly 750 students and graduates took part in the initiative, organised by the Unimore Career Guidance and Placement Office, compared to 500 in the previous edition.

There was also great satisfaction among the more than 100 participating companies, including major national and international names such as Adecco, Amplifon, Arag, AVL, Banca Mediolanum, Bper, Cellular Line, Coop Alleanza 3.0, Decathlon, Florim, Generali, Gruppo Hera, Marazzi, Smeg, Gruppo Cremonini, Deloitte, Transmec Group, as well as recruitment agencies and personnel selection firms.

The goal is to return to pre-Covid numbers, which saw around a thousand attendees every year, a target that is increasingly within reach if the current growth trend continues.

During the event, students and graduates had the opportunity to submit their CVs directly to company representatives. Through short interviews, they were able to highlight their motivations, expectations, and interpersonal skills.
