Unimore celebrates its PhD Graduation Ceremony in Reggio Emilia
More than 140 new Unimore PhD graduates were officially proclaimed during the ceremony, which this year took place at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre in Reggio Emilia.
The event, opened by Professor Giovanni Verzellesi, Vice-Rector for the Reggio Emilia campus, featured a Lectio Magistralis by Professor Maria Donata Panforti from the Department of Education and Human Sciences, on the “Relational Nature of Law”.
This was followed by contributions from three doctoral graduates who shared their academic journeys: Carlotta Barra from the PhD in Labour, Development and Innovation; Gabriele Boga from the PhD in Industrial and Territorial Engineering; and Mattia Marchi from the PhD in Neurosciences.
The ceremony concluded with the official proclamation and the traditional throwing of mortarboards.
